NVC001 - All Round Beginners Training
The all round basic training course is designed for people wanting to start out in permanent cosmetics, with no background in this field.
Part 1- Pre-manual (self study)
Two to three weeks before the all round training starts, the student will be given the Pre-Manual, which is based entirely upon self-study, and explains all of the basic concepts of permanent cosmetics and basic color theory. It is absolutely essential to study this course book properly before a start can be made on the all round beginners course.
Part 2- All round training course (4 consecutive days)
The all round course has various components, including:
- Theory exam on the Pre-Manual
- Intensive theory on all the aspects which are concerned to semi-permanent make up. Including color theory, physiology & anatomy, hygiene, amongst others.
- Drawing and creating eyebrows- working on various models
- Eye liners- working on various models
- Lip liners- working on various models
Part 3- Practice days
After the 4 consecutive days are done, the student is asked to train and gain more confidence by working ‘hands on’ on a minimum of 6 students under supervision. This also provides a unique opportunity to share experiences with your trainer, who will of course be there to guide you and answer all your questions.
