With every seasonal fashion collection, a new set of hairstyles, colourful shoes and jewellery lines are introduced.
Nonetheless any make up lover out there would also be waiting for that edgy look of the season. This year we saw a lot of graphic styles. The majority of designers showed some kind of super stripes in the SS2016 collections like Prada and Missouni to mention a few. Make up artist Jean Pillow, gives us some very simple and easy steps to create a Graphic edgy look making it wearable on both casual and evening attire.
Step 1. Prepare your base. (Cleanse your skin, tone and moisturize or use a primer to even out your skin tone. Choose a foundation with the correct colour for your skin – keep in mind in summer we tend to go darker. With a powder puff dab lightly all over your face a translucent powder to set your foundation and make it more long lasting)
Step 2. Colour the whole eyelid using Evagarden’s Twist Up eyeshadow no. 314
Step 3. Exagerate a wing like shape at the outer corner of the eyes.
Step 4. Perfect your shape with pencil brush no.18
Step 5. Apply the Gel Liner across the upper rim. Starting from the outer edge of your eye, drag the liner with a liquid brush towards the inner corner finishing it off into a finer line.
With your eyes open, this time drag the brush outwards from the outer edge of the eye towards the tip of the twist up eye shadow.
Step 6. Lighten the eyebrow bone with EVAGARDEN’s matt eyeshadow no.101 and finish off with 2 coats of EVAGARDEN’s Incredible mascara. To make the eyes look more open, Jean added EVAGARDEN’s super lasting eye pencil no.67 Azzurro Silver inside the lower rim.
Et VOILA ! You are all set to go out and about with the latest make up trend of 2016.
