How do I edit my Page's category on Facebook?

Pages that you manage may be in the classic Pages experience or new Pages experience. The new Pages experience isn’t available for all Pages yet.
Your Page's categories appear below your Page's name in search and can help people find what they're looking for. Different features may be available based on the category you choose for your Page.
Try to be specific when choosing a category. For example, choose “Italian Restaurant” instead of “Restaurant.” There's no limit to the number of times that you can edit the category of your Page.
Classic Pages
You can choose up to 3 categories to let customers know more about the specific services you provide.
To edit your Page's category:
  1. From your News Feed, click Pages in the left menu.
  2. Go to your Page.
  3. Click Edit Page Info on the left side of your Page.
  4. Next to Categories, type in up to 3 categories and select an option from the dropdown list that appears.
  5. Click Save Changes.
New Pages Experience
If you have task access to a Page, you can’t update your Page’s category. If you have Facebook access to a Page, you can switch into your Page on Facebook, then edit your Page’s category.
To edit your Page's category:
  1. Switch to the Page you want to use, then from your Page, click About.
  2. On the left side, select Contact and Basic Info.
  3. Below Category, click edit.
  4. Start typing a category and select an option from the dropdown list that appears. If you don't see a category that describes your Page, choose the closest available option.
  5. Click Save.
